The olfactory impression is immediately fruity white with seeds, apple and pear are presented with a lot of flesh and skin. The floral resurgence is very subtle with some effects of springtime plant essences: buds and lemon confectionery scents. Underneath a delicate smokiness, straw and cereals reveal themselves on aeration and the stony sensation is skilfully positioned. The opening continues towards citrus fruits and their juice oscillates from green to yellow while the floral scents intensify with great transparency. Some brown touches of liquorice, white pepper and autumn mushrooms condiment the whole brilliantly.

Technical characteristics

Yellow gold.

The palate is immediately clear, tonic and fixed on green and yellow zests and ripe white fruit.  The structure mixes sap and chalk with an instantaneous strength. The emotion appears unfiltered, vertical and then abrupt, it correlates with an acidic finish carried towards the mother rock with great rigour. The result is an extremely taut and brilliantly precise thread.
