Spring frosts

A few weeks ago, the sun returned and temperatures rose. With this very spring-like climate, the vines began to emerge from their winter lethargy. Unfortunately, its awakening was disrupted by the arrival of frost.

The buds, which had slowly started to bud, suffered from the recent climatic phenomena. Indeed, the arrival of rain and snow followed by sub-zero temperatures burnt some of the leaves that were starting to develop.

For the moment, it is still too early to say what the damage is as some buds may have resisted. In a few weeks we will have a better idea of the consequences of these frosts.
